Do you offer a product guarantee?

We stand by the quality of our pieces. If something’s not right, reach out to us at hello@petitcoco.ch with your order number, a short description, and a photo of the issue. We'll handle it individually depending on the product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – we ship across Europe! Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Can I change my order?

Absolutely – but only if it hasn’t shipped yet. Drop us a message at hello@petitcoco.ch ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

Where is my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. In Switzerland, delivery usually takes up to 3 working days (excluding Saturdays). If your parcel seems stuck, just let us know and include your order number.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, and PayPal.

Is my payment secure?

100%. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely – your data is safe with us.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days to return an item, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Just email hello@petitcoco.ch to register your return. Simple as that.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Just get in touch with us to arrange an exchange.

Is the return free of charge?

We charge a flat return fee of CHF 9, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps us stay sustainable and fair.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, unless specifically marked as final sale. The same 14-day return window applies.
