Within Switzerland:

• Normal delivery : CHF 7.90 (Economy)

• Express delivery: CHF 9.80 (Fast)

• Rest of Europe: shipping fees depend on destination and order weight

Delivery Times

• Switzerland: 2–4 business days

• Priority: 1–2 business days (for orders before 12:00)

• Europe: Up to 15 business days
  We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.

Returns & exchanges

14-day return policy*

It is very important to us that you are happy with your PETIT COCO order! If this is not the case, unused, originally packaged items that are not subject to the right of withdrawal according to the Terms of Service are excluded*, within 14 days of receipt subject to payment be sent back. 

Returns

Please note: Returns are at the customer’s own cost.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping directly to the carrier. Once we have received and checked the items, we will refund the value of the returned products only. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

How to return an item

Step 1 – Notify us at hello@petitcoco.ch before sending your return.

Step 2 – Only unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return. Please pack your items carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

Tip: Please keep your postal receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed and your refund issued.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items within 14 days to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are not refundable.

• If you purchased with “payment on account,” please note that shipping fees (and any remaining balance) must still be paid via Powerpay.

Return shipping costs

As a small business, processing returns is costly for both us and the environment. For this reason, customers cover the cost of return shipping.
