Yes – we ship across Europe! Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. In Switzerland, delivery usually takes up to 3 working days (excluding Saturdays). If your parcel seems stuck, just let us know and include your order number.
You have 14 days to return an item, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Just email hello@petitcoco.ch to register your return. Simple as that.
We charge a flat return fee of CHF 9, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps us stay sustainable and fair.
