Domestic & international shipping
Within Switzerland: standard delivery costs CHF 7.90 for orders below CHF 50 and is free from CHF 50.
International delivery: CHF 15, excluding taxes. Available destinations and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery times
Switzerland: 2–3 days.
International delivery times depend on the destination. If you need help before ordering, email hello@petitcoco.ch.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.
Free returns within 14 days
Not quite the right fit? We've got you. You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. We provide a prepaid return label, so return shipping is on us. There is no return or handling fee.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, odour-free and undamaged, with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email hello@petitcoco.ch with your order number and the items you would like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack your items carefully and attach the label to your parcel.
- Send your parcel back within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount paid for the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are not refunded. No return or handling fee is deducted.
Example: You paid CHF 45 for the items plus CHF 7.90 for delivery, a total of CHF 52.90. If you return all the items in accordance with these conditions, your refund is CHF 45. Your return label is free.
If you paid on account, original delivery charges and any remaining balance must still be paid via Powerpay.
