Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all purchases made through the online shop of Petit Coco by Carina Porot, Höhestrasse 61, 8702 Zollikon, Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking "order" the customer submits a binding order. An order confirmation is sent automatically. The purchase contract is concluded upon our confirmation or shipment of the goods.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs), inclusive of VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

4. Payment
We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, TWINT).

5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times may vary; estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. They must be unworn, unwashed, odour-free and undamaged, with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, email hello@petitcoco.ch. We provide a prepaid return label free of charge. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we refund the amount paid for the returned items to the original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are not refunded. No return or handling fee is deducted. These conditions describe our voluntary return policy; mandatory statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty goods, remain unaffected.

7. Liability
We are not liable for slight differences in color, size, or material from product images. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property
All content (images, text, designs) on this website is the property of Petit Coco and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zollikon, Switzerland.
